Covid-19 Coronavirus Update 25th March 2020
At Matt Wright, Explore the Wild tours, the most important thing to us is the health and safety of our customers, staff, and communities. Our management team have been closely monitoring the developments and advice provided around COVID-19. Currently we are working hard to respond to emails and cancellations whilst reassessing our options to launch new experiences that still meet the evolving government restrictions.
Following recent advice, together with a number of new restrictions initiated by the Northern Territory and Australian Federal Governments (Northern Territory border closures from 4pm yesterday and restrictions on non-essential travel and activities), tours will be suspended until further notice as we continue to monitor the situation. We know this news is disappointing for customers with current bookings in the near future, but trust you will understand our decision.
All customers with affected travel under the current government advice will be provided with credit notes and our team will assist them to re-book their travel for a later date.
We thank all of our customers for their patience and understanding during these uncertain times and will continue to provide regular updates as the COVID-19 situation progresses.
Take Care and stay safe.
