The prize must be taken on Friday 21 March to Sunday 23 March 2025. There will be no other guests at the Retreat during the prize period, it will be exclusively yours. All you have to do is get yourself and your guests to Darwin on the Friday morning and we will take it from there. The charter plane transfer from Darwin to Bathurst Island will depart at 8.00am. Transfers returning to Darwin on Sunday morning will arrive by 2.30pm therefore connecting flights should be booked after this time, allowing enough time to check in to your next flight.
