Tiwi Design artists provide diverse works across many mediums, including fine art sculptures and paintings. The ceramic studio produces sculptural pieces that combine traditional and contemporary elements that never fail to surprise.

Jilamara Arts and Craft Association is located at Milikapiti, on the shores of Snake Bay with glorious views of the Arafura Sea, and is home to 500 Tiwi. Jilamara artists produce innovative and contemporary works based on traditional body painting designs, using natural ochres found on the island. Large carvings, including Pukumani Poles are a feature of their work as well as the use of the traditional painting tool; kayimwagakimi, the traditional Tiwi painting 'comb'.
